In our continuous pursuit of innovation and excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the CTO and the wider product department, ensuring the seamless operation of our dynamic team.
You’ll be working on things like 👇
- Serve as the primary liaison for the CTO, handling inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Efficiently coordinate projects within the product department, ensuring timely execution and alignment with departmental goals.
- Manage the CTO’s schedule with precision, organising appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimise productivity.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations, synthesising complex information to support decision-making processes.
- Undertake administrative and office management duties, contributing to the vibrant and efficient work environment at our Gateshead office 🍫🌱👀.

- Proven experience in providing high-level support to senior executives, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a familiarity with technology and office software, underpinned by a genuine interest in VR.
- A self-starter with the capability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Gateshead, Newcastle UK
Onsite: 4 days per week
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience
