You'll be developing and delivering ground breaking VR training solutions for top global businesses. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products to our clients.

Responsibilities include 👇

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using VR, Unity, Fusion, and C# technologies.
• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments, including product operations, design, art, and QA, to ensure alignment on product requirements and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement of our engineering processes. methodologies, and tools to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Act as the technical expert and provide leadership to solve complex technical problems and drive innovation in product development.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new engineering hires to build a high performance team ✨

If you know C# and Unity like the back of your hand, have started the transition to Photon Fusion, and are a VR enthusiastic, then this could be the job of your dreams! 💖 It helps if you've managed a team before, and have experience in software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
