As the Product Coordinator, you'll be directly assisting the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) by providing high-level administrative support and coordinating activities for the CTO and the entire product department. 

You'll be responsible for helping the department to achieve their goals across Research and Development (R&D), Production, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience.

You’ll be working on things like 👇

• Coordination of projects across the product department and sub-departments
• Managing the CTO's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Preparing reports and presentations for the CTO and their department heads
• Providing administrative support and office management responsibilities for the Gateshead office

The perfect individual will have 👇

• Experience as an assistant to a senior executive or in a similar administrative role
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• Very proficient in Microsoft Office, tech and other office software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Tech savvy - ideally with a knowledge and passion for virtual reality
