For us to keep growing, we need to constantly be creating and nurturing new business, and that requires us to have a team of high-performing, growth-minded individuals ready to grow with the business.
That's why we're looking for sales-oriented superstars to come and be a part of our ‘Sales Excellence Academy’: a program aimed at onboarding new recruits into the first stage of their Sales career by providing them with the fundamental skills and necessary experience. We want your first foray into Sales to be prosperous and progressive, so your progression will be our first focus...
Within 1 month, you will have:
- Learned the basics about us, our customers, our product, and our processes
- The necessary soft and hard skills to succeed in sales
- Finished your onboarding and training and have started in your core SDR role
Within 3 months, you will have:
- Formed a network of top decision-makers in Global Fortune 2000 companies
- Met and surpassed your first monthly targets and KPI's, and be on track to progress into the sales team
- Perfected what it takes to be successful in your sales career and beyond
Within 6 months, you will have:
- Started your progression and onboarding into a full Sales Executive role, ready to develop your skills even further and earn uncapped commission 🤑
- Already cemented yourself as a core member of the Gemba team!
Your responsibilities will be:
- Represent Gemba as a crucial member on the frontline of our business
- Become a Gemba champion: knowing our customers, our products, and our company better than anyone else
- Targeted research and lead sourcing of Senior Executives from Global Fortune 2000 companies
- Outbound prospecting to engage in conversations and handle objections from business’ top decision makers over the phone.
- Creating new, quality opportunities for the Sales team to close through follow-up discovery calls
- Meeting and exceeding monthly KPI’s and targets
This isn’t a role where a degree or qualifications matter. You will have:
- The confidence, communication, and curiosity to ask anyone about anything and get what you want
- The listening, problem solving and creativity to hear any objection or concern and turn a ‘no’ to a ‘yes’
- The ambition, resilience, and tenacity to thrive in one of the fastest growing but competitive industries on the planet
